Coordinating with physicians’ offices and/or hospitals in order to obtain all necessary medical information needed for treatment
Scheduling appointment with the patient at a convenient time and place for the patient
Educate patient and/or family members on equipment by our professionally trained and certified Patient Service Technicians
Our Intake Coordinators will file all necessary claims and forms to the insurance company(s)
Follow up with patients to ensure quality service and compliancy
Maintain contact so the patient knows when they are eligible from his/her insurance company to receive new equipment, supplies, etc.
